The objective of Social Anxiety Coaching is to help the client get out of their own way. The first session is all about you. Learning where your fears stem from and what your problems are.
Based on your unique needs, we will set up a personal plan to overcome each obstacle. This includes personal timelines and coaching packages to help cure your social anxiety as soon as possible.
What if I’m Nervous for Coaching Sessions?
1.) Text-Based Coaching Service
This is a text-based coaching service. Meaning that you can send messages from the comfort of your own home, at your own pace.
Done over Skype, there is no verbal communication. Allowing you to express your deepest problems and concerns without holding back.
2.) Have a Relatable Coach
You will be dealing with a coach that relates to your situation. Also, a coach that has overcome social anxiety.

Is this Confidential(Secret)?
Anxiety coaching is completely confidential. The notifications and services will just appear as any typical service/product. Only people that you specifically tell, will know about you being coached.
However, people are able to make a speedy improvement in their social anxiety skills. Others will notice the confidence that exudes within you.
