Do people get anxious in certain situations, especially embarrassing ones? Yes. Social anxiety is a disorder. The definition of Social Anxiety disorder is “an intense fear of being negatively judged or rejected in social situations.”

Learning how to be yourself is simpler than you realize. However, when given the advice “just be yourself, it’s difficult to understand what that actually means.
